1. In large saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add onions. Sauté 2 minutes. Add garlic, Italian seasoning and stir 10 seconds. Add garbanzo beans and broth. Bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
2. Remove from heat. Stir in Salad Kit’s lettuce, spinach and lemon juice.
3. With immersion blender, process mixture until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve drizzled with Salad Kit Caesar Dressing; topped with Salad Kit Croutons and Cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
